The FCSA is a membership association for Umbrellas that ensure their members undergo a comprehensive review of their business services, operations, policies and processes by means of an extensive questionnaire and online assessment. The Good Work Plan by, the Department for BEIS has amended the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the “Conduct Regulations”), It is now required that we provide a key information document to all limited and umbrella company workers, who are engaging with a Sanderson solutions group company.

If you began working with us after April 6th 2020, we will have provided you a key information document which will confirm the specific vendor set up you have chosen and detail an example of all deductions that will be taken from your pay, as well as the gross amount that will in turn be passed to you.
