Land Manager

Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Land Manager to be UK based out.

Job Title= Land Manager

Location = Remote/ Reading/Scotland/Havant

Duration= 6 Months Initially

IR35 Status: Inside

Role:

• Likely to be degree qualified, you will be working toward or be a qualified member of RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) or RICS.
• You will have experience in planning and development preferably within the renewable energy sector but otherwise across either rural, residential, or commercial sectors.
• You will be resilient and enjoy working at pace and have the confidence, capability and independence to deliver the required outcomes.
• You will have a can-do attitude and be expected to identify land and planning related risks and develop proposals to mitigate them to secure deliverable projects.
• You will self-sufficient but enjoy working and delivering within a team environment.
