As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of digital evolution, spearheading the design and implementation of cutting-edge initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital initiatives.

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop automation capabilities for continuous integration and delivery.
• Execute proofs of concept and digital projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide leadership in architecture resources and project portfolios.
• Continuously enhance platforms and toolsets to meet business goals.
• Adhere to Agile/DevOps frameworks and contribute cross-team functionality.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly with React libraries.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Dynamic and agile thinker with a creative, innovative approach.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high commitment and resilience.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering a salary up to £90,000 (Depending on experience), a generous bonus scheme, and a flexible hybrid working model.
