As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of digital evolution, spearheading the design and implementation of cutting-edge initiatives. Your role will involve leading technical teams, collaborating with third-party vendors, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will play a crucial role in implementing an Agile/DevOps and automation strategy to drive innovation and speed of delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance website features and digital projects.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital initiatives.
- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with external vendors.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop automation capabilities for continuous integration and delivery.
- Execute proofs of concept and digital projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership in architecture resources and project portfolios.
- Continuously enhance platforms and toolsets to meet business goals.
- Adhere to Agile/DevOps frameworks and contribute cross-team functionality.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly with React libraries.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Dynamic and agile thinker with a creative, innovative approach.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high commitment and resilience.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a salary up to £90,000 (Depending on experience), a generous bonus scheme, and a flexible hybrid working model.
