I am recruiting for a Global Financial Services client of ours who are looking for an interim Legal Counsel to come in and provide legal support on Products and Funds in EMEA covering a wide range of areas.
Skills / Experience:
- Qualified Lawyer
- Review, draft and negotiate related agreements including service provider agreements, intermediary agreements and rebate letters for the various fund ranges.
- Provide general legal advice to the business.
- Professional in-house legal experience with focus on funds and regulatory matters.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder Management skills.
