We’re working in partnership with a B2B2C firm to hire a Marketing Manager – This role would be great for a B2B Marketing Generalist who wants to join an established successful business really strong culture and drive forward the marketing who has very strong

The Role

• Develop and manage digital and content marketing campaigns, working closely with partner organisations to define best marketing channel approach
• Promote brand awareness through various campaigns
• Measure and evaluate marketing communications campaigns
• Influence and advise on marketing and communications matters across all levels of the organisation
• Coach, support and develop and 2 direct reports within the Marketing and Communications Team
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience Defining and Delivering Marketing Strategies for Small or Medium sized firms in a B2B or B2B2C environment, influencing senior stakeholders and driving marketing transformation
• Team Leadership experience (2 direct reports)
• Ability to manage agencies
• Experience in Brand Management
• Experience in Event Management
• Experience defining marketing channels with Partnership firms (highly desirable)
