NSX-T (AVI) Senior Network Engineer – DV Cleared
Location: Farnborough | 5 Days On-Site
Rate: £600 – £650 Per Day | Inside IR35
Clearance: Live DV Clearance Required
Contract: 12 Months
We’re currently recruiting for experienced Senior Network Engineer with expertise in VMware NSX-T, F5 and VMware AVI within a Hyperconverged Infrastructure environment (HCI), to join one of our existing clients into an MOD environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network architectures and solutions using NSX-T, AVI, and Secure Linux technologies to support hyper-converged infrastructure environments.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of NSX-T components, including logical networking, distributed firewall, load balancer, and VPN services, to enable network virtualisation and micro-segmentation.
- Deploy and maintain AVI load balancers for modern application delivery, automation, and analytics, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Perform capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure network infrastructures can support current and future growth requirements.
Essential Skills:
- VMware NSX-T
- VMware AVI Load Balancers
- DV Clearance
Desirable Skills:
- Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN)
- Network Monitoring and Management
