Oracle HCM Lead

Position: Oracle HCM Technical Lead
Location: Edinburgh / Glasgow

About the Role:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Lead.

Paying circa £520 per day, inside IR35. The role will be for around 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of Oracle HCM technical leads.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate with the Technical Delivery Manager and team specialists.
• Lead design, configuration, and testing for enhancements.
• Resolve technical issues and work with Oracle and third parties.
• Document requirements and update knowledge management articles.
• Support the Oracle quarterly change and release management process.
• Represent the Oracle Fusion technical team on various boards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions, Core HR, Benefits, and Self Service HR.
• Experience in configuring Core HR, Benefits, and SSHR modules.
• Familiarity with HCM Design Studio, Alerts Composer, and troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications for integration and reports.
