Location: Manchester (2-3 days a week)
Rate: Up to £700 inside IR35

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integration Consultant to join our client’s team. This role involves delivering Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud projects, primarily within the public sector. The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in end-to-end delivery of Oracle-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Successfully deliver Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud projects with a full lifecycle implementation approach.
- Client Interaction: Conduct functional/technical workshops with clients, delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
- Solution Development: Design and develop comprehensive solutions based on business requirements, working closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work with onshore and offshore teams to support solution delivery across HCM/Finance workstreams.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain deliverables such as process maps, integration strategies, and test plans, ensuring alignment with the program delivery plan.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, managing their expectations regarding delivery and timescales.
Required Skills:
- Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud Projects: Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud solutions, preferably within the public sector.
- Functional Expertise:
- HCM: Core HCM, Payroll, Absence
- Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, Grants
- Technical: Data Migration, Reporting, Integration, Security
- Workshop Delivery: Strong experience in conducting functional/technical workshops and influencing clients.
- End-to-End Responsibility: Experience in managing workstreams from prototype sessions to testing sessions.
- Interdependencies Management: Support and manage interdependencies with other workstreams, including integrations, data migrations, security, and reporting.
