Sanderson is proud to partner with a leading financial services organisation in search of a Business Change Project Manager to drive a high-impact programme with multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, monitor, and review project progress
- Manage resources efficiently and motivate teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to showcase progress
- Oversee cost, resource, and budget management with precision
- Lead business change initiatives with confidence
- Work closely with the business to understand key challenges and drive transformation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in business change environments
- Expertise in Target Operating Models (highly desirable)
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo
