RPA Developer

As an RPA Developer, you would be joining a rapidly evolving area of the business to build game-changing automation solutions to boost efficiency, and integrate with cutting-edge software development, driving real innovation and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement RPA solutions using Kofax, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power Apps.
• Analyse workflows, identify automation opportunities, and enhance efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders, define objectives, and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimise automation workflows for reliability and scalability.
• Support business users, promote RPA best practices, and drive adoption across teams.
• Ensure security, follow coding standards, and stay updated on RPA trends.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in an RPA role using Kofax, Tungsten or UiPath.
• Willing to engage in broader development work beyond RPA as needed.
• Strong IT proficiency, numerical analysis, and logical problem-solving.
• High accuracy and ability to manage complex configurations.
• Basic template coding knowledge and experience with analytical tools.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance priorities.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments and learning new systems.

This is a full-time permanent position, offering a starting salary up to £40,000 (Depending on experience) and a flexible hybrid working model (1 day a week in office).
