Salesforce Tester (Field Service / Service Cloud)

Role: Salesforce Tester (Field Service / Service Cloud)
Rate: £450 p/d Outside IR35
Location: Bristol HQ – 1 day p/w on site
Duration: 3 months (rolling)

Experience Required:

• Experience with Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Essential)
• Salesforce to Web and / or App testing – SIT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and capable of planning tasks / deliverables based on timescales

• Demonstrated experience of SIT & UAT planning and test execution
• Experience of using test management tools – Azure DevOps
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Support SIT and UAT test planning
• Analysing and designing SIT &UAT test cases (E2E)
  • Review business process maps, user stories, configuration workbooks, data requirements
  • Creation of traceability matrices per integration
  • Understand test data requirements
  • Integration to existing systems / applications
• Liaise with BA’s and SMEs to ensure SIT & UAT test case efficacy
• Liaise with 3^rd party solution provider
• Creation of Regression packs (SF & Integrations)
• Creation of Data Migration test cases
• Responsible for defect management of assigned ERP / EPM modules
• SIT test execution
• Support SMEs during UAT
