Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow tools and technologies.

CSM (Customer Service Management) experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience working within the UK Public Sector.
- Exposure to critical national infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of communication and telecommunications systems.
- Experience collaborating with UK emergency services.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow technologies, standards, and application development.
