Senior Data Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality Power BI reports and automate reporting where possible.
• Conduct deep data analysis, identify correlations, and address data integrity issues.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and manage queries.
• Deliver clear insights to help teams interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Suggest new technologies, clean and prepare data, and manage data migration.
• Mentor more junior members of the team.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience using Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Proven experience in SQL scripting and data modelling to design and manage databases effectively.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and reporting roles.
• Solid experience in gathering requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Desirable: Experience working with CRM systems.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Matillion and/or Snowflake for data integration and cloud data warehousing.

This a full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months), offering a salary up to £80,000 and a flexible hybrid working model with once a week visits to the office.
