We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and established Engineering Manager to manage multipole teams on a major programme within a busy Supply Chain Transformation.

For this role you must have:

• Solid experience in a Software Engineering Manager position
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Incident resolution and workflow management experience
• Managing Best Practices in a controlled manner
• Triaging work before releasing into the business
• Retail experience and preferably knowledge within supply chain management
• Experience managing teams both onshore and offshore
• 3rd party vendor management
• Experience of working with large technical teams across other divisions
• Blueyonder experience would be highly advantageous
