Test Analyst (Contact Centre) / £300pd – £325pd (Outside IR35) / 6 months / Watford based
I’m recruiting for a Test Analyst with Contact centre QA testing experience to join a large programme of work on a contract basis for an initial 6 months. Experience of Contact centre QA testing is essential for this role and any experience of working within the Gaming, Betting or gambling Industry would be a bonus.
This role will be based 3days a week onsite in Watford.
Experience
- Contact Centre QA testing
- BDD scripting experience
- API testing
- Systems: ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Scientific Games applications, Office365 (nice to have)
- Tools: Jira &/or X-Ray
- Razor automation test tool, Postman (nice to have)
Main Deliverables
- Creation of E2E Test Scripts
- Functional Testing (in both scripted and exploratory format)
- Document analysis to feed into the scripting and testing work
- Confident in approaching stakeholders to request and provide support
- Updating Jira / X-Ray with defect and test progress
