Rate: £505/day INSIDE IR35

Role:

Candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Oracle application and Payroll modules which are in use at a central government client, alongside an ITIL mindset. Service Now is used to raise, track and solve incidents, and changes to Oracle are delivered via Jira and the Path to Live process. The team also support with defects raised during the Quarterly Updates, and undertake impact assessments to review mandatory changes, to feed into the quarterly regression cycle.

Skills:

  • Functional experience and process knowledge of Oracle Payroll modules including UK Payroll, Time and Labour, Absence Management, Fast Formula
  • Configuration of Oracle Payroll Cloud modules and support the configuration of other Oracle Cloud applications listed above
  • Experience designing, implementing, and consulting on Oracle Cloud Payroll in a complex environment with multiple workstreams
  • Experience of Level 2 and 3 support
  • Experienced in Oracle Cloud Delivery and Support with ITIL methodology
