We are looking for proactive and skilled Digital Applications Support Specialist to ensure the reliability and performance of digital solutions for a leading client (hybrid opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Maintenance: Proactively support and maintain the company’s current and future digital applications and websites.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal and external parties to maintain application reliability.
  • Monitoring: Create and maintain relevant monitors/metrics for digital applications and websites.
  • Incident Management: Triage, categorize, and prioritize all digital incidents. Manage incidents end-to-end through internal and third-party support teams.
  • Problem Management: Drive internal and third-party technical teams to deliver root cause analysis. Regularly report on problem trends, resolution timelines, and improvement opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve IT service processes. Track and report on SLAs and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Create, implement, and monitor action plans to enhance service quality.

Skills

  • Experience in Supporting and Implementing Digital solutions.
  • Technical acumen – Investigating/Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure and Digital related incidents
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Operating Systems, .Net / IIS Web Application, DevOps processes, Web Application Firewalls
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset.

    Are you a dynamic and experienced Digital Delivery Manager looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients and we want to hear from you!

    As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will create, manage, and ensure the successful implementation of delivery roadmaps for key digital products and oversee the delivery of new features across multiple digital products, managing risks, issues, and dependencies effectively. In addition, you will collaborate with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager to drive overall delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance.

    The role is working on hybrid basis with 2-3 days in office per week

    Skills / Experience

    • Significant delivery experience and a broad understanding of IT digital technologies, including mobile apps, websites, customer data platforms, APIs, and microservices.
    • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile in an enterprise environment (e.g., SAFe framework), as well as hybrid approaches.
    • A demonstrable passion for technology modernisation, delivery, and best practices, with the ability to find pragmatic and effective digital technology solutions to business problems.
    • Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams, including remote/offsite and external resources, through the full project delivery lifecycle.

      Full time on site (flexible/condensed hours possible)

      Salary to £70,000/annum

      MoD DV clearance ideal but SC and non-cleared candidates considered

      Sanderson Government and Defence are working alongside a mid size consultancy business who have a significant piece of work in Cambridgeshire which they require a number of individuals for, including this UX designer role.

      We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded UX Designer to work with a MoD end client in a multi-skilled team including project managers, business analysts and delivery managers.

      In terms of specific skill-sets, FIGMA is ideal although if you have experience in an equivalent please still apply.

      If you have a portfolio available that would also be advantageous.

      As mentioned above, current MoD DV clearance is ideal, however if you do not hold this you must be a sole UK national in order to be eligible to work on this particular project.
