I have 4 exciting Business Process Specialist roles to come and work for a Financial Services client of ours to come in and work on a large piece of work. A genuine opportunity to come in and pick apart the organisation and how it fits together covering Finance, HR, Risk, TOM and Tech.

Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience in process improvement roles (Essential)
  • Financial Services (Essential)
  • In-depth analysis of end to end Process
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks
  • Value Stream Mapping
  • Flexible

  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience of pensions administration would be beneficial.

          Our client is currently actively looking to hire a Change & Business Integration Manager with experience of Lead to Cash.

          Location: Reading / Hybrid Working – 2 Days a week on-site.

          Key Responsibilities:

          • Lead change impact analysis for projects in the Lead to Cash process area spanning changes to processes, technology, data, policies and controls
          • Define change activities and interventions required to address change impacts and build overall Change Plan
          • Work with Market Deployment Leads to help build market-specific deployment plans, incorporating change, training and knowledge transfer, engagement and communications, process alignment and other deployment activities and support the execution of these plans
          • Work with training team to identify training requirements, provide input to training material development and assist execution of train the trainer to markets
          • Identify and collaborate with central and local functions to mitigate risks relating to change deployment and adoption
          • Work closely with Lead to Cash Global Process Owner and Global Process Specialists to:
            • Manage Lead to Cash Community of Practices
            • Assist engagement with Commercial, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable functions and market / global teams
            • Define and measure readiness, adoption and performance KPIs
            • Collaborate on the creation, execution, project management and success of the Lead to Cash Roadmaps

          Experience & Professional Attributes:

          • Knowledge of Commercial/Lead to Cash concepts and processes (essential)
          • 5+ years experience delivering change management for Commercial Transformation programmes (essential)
          • 5+ years experience planning deployment of commercial transformation programmes
          • Experience of dealing with Key Stakeholders
          • Experience delivering change for multi-faceted programmes spanning technology, processes, policies etc. (essential)
          • Strong Process related experience is required
          • Ability to work with, and make sense of, ambiguity
          • Autonomous, takes initiative

          Mobility:
